Abstract
The project aims to develop studies, research and applications which, on the basis of the methodological approaches of legal informatics, use the language, methods and tools of computation and computational social science to focus on issues of theory and the practice of law with new methods and new perspectives. Its goal is to promote a legal science more empirically grounded and open to quantitative approaches.
Goals
Il progetto mira a sviluppare studi, ricerche e applicazioni che, fondandosi sul patrimonio metodologico proprio dell'informatica giuridica, si servono dei linguaggi e degli strumenti della computazione e delle scienze sociali computazionali per affrontare, con nuovi metodi e da nuove prospettive, questioni di teoria e pratica del diritto promuovendo una scienza giuridica più empiricamente fondata, aperta ad approcci quantitativi e al dialogo con tutte le altre scienze.
