Abstract
Electronic absorption and circular dichroism study of the binding of HP(BCD-(TRIAZOLE)1-BCD), Me(BCD-(TRIAZOLE)1-BCD) DIMERS, TRIAZOLE-DIMER-CORE and their monomeric counterparts (HPBCD and Methylated BCD) to 7-ketocholesterol (7-KC) for the determination of the inclusion complex stoichiometry and the binding constant.
Obiettivi
determination of the binding constants of the Inclusion complexation of 7-ketocholesterol (7-KC) with the four DIMERS and the two monomers to be investigated with electronic absorption and circular dichroism.
